The live-action version of How to Train Your Dragon will be released in North America on June 13,2025. It is based on the animated animated film of the same name.

One of DreamWorks's most popular animated IP, in 2010, saw many audiences fell in love with the coming-of-age story of the Boy and the Dragon, followed two sequels in 2014 and 2019, with a total of 1.6 billion yuan and four Oscar nominations. The live-action version of How to Train Your Dragon basically continues the setting of the animated version, restoring the Viking boy "Hiccup" encounter the little dragon "toothless", together shoulder friendship and fate.
